Eko Akete is ideally located on the Lekki Peninsula along the Epe Expressway at the Awoyaya some 30 minutes drive from the commercial centre of Victoria Island Lagos, and 15 minutes drive to Epe Town accessing major truck routes to Ibadan, Benin and beyond.

The northern boundary of the estate has direct access to the existing Epe Expressway while the Southern boundary has access to a beautiful unspoilt tropical beach on the Atlantic coast. Planned expansion of the existing Epe Expressway to 6 lanes is due to commence in 2005 and construction of a new 8 lane Coastal Highway accessing the southern boundary of the estate is due to commence in 2006.
